As an author and therapist, I have spent over 30 years studying the mind, looking for real solutions to mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, addiction and despair. After becoming a qualified counsellor in 2013, I took further in-depth training in IFS (Internal Family Systems) because I believe it is the most effective therapy available today.
I'm a fully qualified, accredited member of UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy) and treat all my clients with respect, friendliness and non-judgemental interest.
