She has over thirty years’ experience in the fitness industry as an advanced personal trainer and over 17 years’ experience as a fully qualified psychotherapist, specialising in obesity management.
Lesley is a BACP Accredited Counsellor offering a confidential Counselling Service, run in a peaceful, private environment, with free parking. As a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist Lesley uses both the Transactional Analysis and Person Centered approaches in her practice.
I offer a free 15 minute initial consultation so that we can discuss what you require from counselling. This can be via telephone or you are welcome to visit the Health Actions office to meet me in person, ask any questions you may have and see the counselling room before committing to a paid for session.
