I will enable you tell your story in a way that is not about giving advice but more about empowering you to make the changes that you are looking to make. This might be about yourself or in your relationships with others. The focus of my Therapy is to enable you to explore the parts of you that you wish to look at and to make sense of the world around you. Together we can explore the challenges you might be facing and from those challenges discover solutions which will enable personal growth.
