Expressing unspoken thoughts and silenced feelings is an opportunity to heal, walk light and recover a feeling of direction. It gives us perspective and open our minds to explore healthier ways of relating to ourselves. I´ve got more than 10 years of experience working with clients as a Psychologist. My approach is holistic and integrative and I have a University Master degree in Coaching and Systemic Psychology.
I do therapy in English and "Terapia en Español" and I work with different types of issues, such as relationships, self esteem, anxiety management or career development. I also work with different communities like LGTBQ+ and with issues such as identity and self acceptance. One of the basic tools I work with is Mindfulness and breathing.
