Hi and welcome, I’m Chris and I am a BACP registered counsellor and psychotherapist. I work with a wide variety of clients from all walks of life, with particular experience working with those in The Arts. Life can be challenging, but whatever you are facing you don’t have to face it alone. I’ll work with you to create a strong and supportive therapeutic relationship that will help you to flourish. I am here for you and your wellbeing, and humour, creativity, and sensitivity will be central pillars of our journey together.
Helping and supporting individuals to make the most of their journeys through life has been my focus for over decade. Humour, playfulness, sensitivity, and movement are corner stones of my therapeutic practise, and we’ll explore them together at your pace.
