I use a range of approaches to suit the client. I work well with a range of issues including, relationships, past trauma, personality disorders (BPD), people who are feeling lost, struggling to move on from the past, maybe affected by bullying, toxic relationships, addiction or addictive behaviour. I can address many issues and teach new skills; for example, navigating relationships in a healthier way, regulating emotions, communication skills, improving confidence and self worth.
