I specialise in Integrative Counselling which which means, I believe there are a number of different approaches to counselling. I understand that no one person or couple are the same, that different problems require different solutions, so no single theory is sufficient and I adapt my approach accordingly thus tailoring the work specifically to your needs.
I understand that deciding to seek help can seem daunting, but I aim to make your counselling as supportive, positive and effective as possible. Over the past 20 +years I have successfully worked with individuals of all ages and couples giving me the experience, empathy, understanding and insight to get to the heart of the matter.
