Online Counselling for Derby

I am Qualified as an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I have robust supervision every month and have always been passionate about helping people. I previously worked in mental health and with learning disabilities. I have experience working with anxiety and depression, trauma, domestic abuse, loss and bereavement. I work with adults (age 16+) on an open ended basis, with the intention of allowing you to enhance your life and live it more fully. I am also trained in Couple's Therapy, working in an Integrative way to work on issues such as communication, loss, infidelity and more!

Have you found it difficult to engage in traditional therapy? Do the expectations attached to room based therapy, where we sit face to face, feel overwhelming? We try and work slightly differently to help build a space that feels comfortable for you. We are a neurodivergence affirming, trauma informed practice, and some of are staff are also neurodivergent. We strive to be anti-ableist, antiracist, in support of gender and sexual diversity, and against discrimination in all its forms.
