Do you ever feel worried, stuck, lost, hopeless, lonely, lethargic, anxious, unable to sleep – less able to cope with life in general? I am a psychologist with over 15 years of experience working in the NHS and in private practice with the most diverse client-groups and people with a variety of issues. I have worked extensively with expats/foreign nationals/ immigrants and refugees and have a deep understanding of the specific challenges they face.
I've been trained in different models such as CBT, Psychodynamic and Person Centred Ther. In addition I completed a Doctorate at City University London. My research focused on relationships and sexualities. I draw on these models to create a bespoke treatment-plan personalised to your particular needs. We will work together, to find a good outcome for you.
