I am a very warm and caring person with a wealth of experience in the health and well-being industry. For 28 years I have provided counselling support to individuals from different ethnic backgrounds and social groups struggling with an array of difficulties. I am an unbiased, great listener and you can feel comfortable sharing the most sensitive information knowing no judgement will be passed. My goal is to help empower individuals to unlock their inner potential and facilitate a new found love for life!

I am a fully trained integrative counsellor ready to provide you support. My experience is extensive, working with individuals from various backgrounds and cultures. I am equipped to handle a wide range of issues, including addiction of all kinds, codependency, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, religious concerns, LGBTQ+ related issues, and helping individuals adjust to life changes. I offer walking therapy, allowing clients to engage in therapy while enjoying the outdoors. With my expertise and guidance, we can explore your thoughts and emotions while enjoying the calming and rejuvenating effects of nature.

My caring nature and my ability to listen to other's and their struggles was always a beautiful skill that I developed. Life is a colourful rollercoaster and as we move through our time, experiences, people and our health play a part in how we feel about our self. The impact of these experiences create a negative feeling, thought and actions and we lose all value for our own way of being to the point we no longer recognise who we are, creating depression, anxiety and negative thoughts.
