Feeling overwhelmed, out of control, repeating or destructive patterns in behaviour and thinking, relationships issues, feeling low, anxious or suffering from grief. I work with a range of mental health difficulties and emotional issues. These can be difficult and distressing times and therapy can, quite literally, be a life-saver. It can also be an exciting and challenging space for personal development, growth and exploration. Therapy will give you an opportunity to be heard without judgment and time to explore anything in a safe space.
My approach integrates Person centred, CBT, Mindfulness and other models to provide an individualised therapeutic programme. I have worked in the field of mental health for several years; working in NHS settings, Community interest support, Charities and as a consultant in Private Practice. I am also a Supervisor supporting other therapists with their work.
I am welcoming towards all communities and believe in equality for all. If you are struggling then please don’t be alone. Even an initial consultation can help you. It is often the first step that is the most difficult on a healing journey. Research (NICE Guidelines) has shown the therapies delivered to be effective across a range of presenting difficulties.
