Hi, I’m Omair. I work with adults and teenagers. I have worked with trauma and anxiety related issues. Perhaps these are contributing to you living a life far from your ideal? Every person is unique. I have undertaken further training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I have successfully completed training in coaching for counsellors, where we identify your future goals and identify realistic options.
I have over 5 years experience supporting people (and their loved ones) affected by various health challenges. Previously, I used to be a corporate lawyer, but left after experiencing a loss. Counselling greatly helped me to have a more positive outlook. will listen to you empathically and allow you to explore your ideal self.
