Hello, my name is Olly, and I am a qualified Humanistic Counsellor. My approach is rooted in Person-Centred theory, which focuses on creating a supportive environment that fosters your personal growth. I have experience counselling individuals facing a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, substance abuse, sexual abuse, identity concerns and GSRD (Gender, Sexuality and Relationship Diversity) related challenges.

In our sessions I will aim to provide a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space. We will hope to build a trusting relationship in which you can explore your thoughts and feelings, past, present or future, facilitating a deeper awareness and understanding of yourself.

I conduct face to face sessions from a private room in Southsea, Portsmouth. Each session is 50-minutes long, on a weekly basis. The counselling is open-ended, allowing you to decide how long you wish to engage for. I look forward to meeting you.
