I’m an integrative counsellor based in the Whitley Bay and North Shields area. With over 10 years’ experience working as a registered nurse across a variety of healthcare settings and supporting vulnerable people, this experience continues to inform my compassionate, calm and empathetic approach to counselling.
My therapy space offers a welcoming environment where I provide person-centred therapy tailored to your individual needs, drawing on a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Together, we can explore what feels most helpful for you, ensuring that you feel heard, understood and supported.
I offer integrative counselling, which includes evidence-informed therapeutic approaches, including person-centred, psychodynamic, attachment-based, Gestalt, existential and transactional analysis. I provide a supportive and non-judgemental space where you can develop greater self-understanding, build resilience, and gain the confidence to move forward.
