I’m Olivia, a qualified psychodynamic counsellor and psychotherapist. I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can feel understood, and begin to make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface.
I welcome all clients from all backgrounds and ways of being, Together we can explore what feels out of step in your life, and help you to gain more understanding of yourself and your world.
I work from a psychodynamic perspective, which means we’ll explore how your past may be shaping your present - not to dwell, but to help you gain insight, shift patterns, and feel more in control of your story.
I have a special interest in working with neurodivergent adults such as such as ADHD, autism and OCD, whether diagnosed or self-identified, who are looking for a safe, non-judgemental space. I bring both knowledge and empathy to this work and understand how exhausting it can feel to navigate a world that doesn’t always recognise your needs.
I offer face to face, online and also walking-talking therapy for those that find it easier to walk and talk rather than sit face to face in a room.
