Is therapy right for you, right now? Perhaps you don't know, and that's okay. Maybe you're feeling anxious or depressed and just need someone to listen. I have a UKCP registered MA/Adv.Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy and BACP Accredited Diploma in Integrative Counselling with over 7 years clinical experience. I also offer low-cost relational-embodied supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists — both in training and post-qualification as trainee in the Diploma in Integrative Supervision at the Minster Centre (accredited by UKCP). This is also available to those in pastoral care roles, eg. teachers.

In-person therapy: Fleet Street EC4Y, Abbey Wood SE2 & Brockley SE4, £85 - £125, (50 minutes) Supervision: Online and Abbey Wood, Individuals (50 minutes) • Trainees – £30 • Qualified – £40 Groups (2 hours, 3–4 participants) • Trainees – £25 • Qualified – £35 each (Supervision Intro fees - fixed until January 2027)

I am trained in Integrative Psychotherapy, which means that I apply different theoretical models to the way that I think and work. This includes how we can safely guide the sometimes conflicting parts of your inner-world into an integrated, harmonious whole. Qualities I bring into the therapy room include curiosity, kindness, humour and respect.

I charge £85-125 per 50 minutes, depending on what you can afford. I invoice at the end of each month for all sessions delivered. Any unplanned cancellations will be charged with the full session fee. I offer 4 pre-arranged holiday cancellations per year, charged at a £15 admin and retainer fee.
