Core Process Psychotherapy is the original Mindfulness based Psychotherapy in the UK. It works through integrating ancient eastern understanding into the nature of the mind and body with modern, western psychology.
Much of our wounding has arisen within relationship. Enquiry through the present moment in a safe and supportive environment creates the opportunity for insight that can open up to a new sense of possibility in our lives.
