One thing I’m unlikely to offer you is advice. In my experience, lasting change rarely comes from being told what to do. It happens when we can slow down and start seeing more clearly what's getting in the way. In this sense, my practice goes beyond managing symptoms and providing solutions. It’s an inquiry into what stops you from getting what you want.
