I provide Psychotherapy, Spiritual Mentorship and Systemic Facilitation for individuals, couples and organisations. In addition to a BA (Hons) in Integrative Psychotherapy I hold a Masters in Theology and have studied Systemic and Family Constellations and various Psycho-Spiritual modalities in depth over many years.
Areas of interest include guiding clients through life stages, particularly post university, midlife and relationship difficulties. I also have extensive experience in guiding and supporting clients of all ages through Existential and Spiritual awakenings, the putting down of ego processes and developmental patterns in order to realise their true Selves.
I have extensive experience as a therapist both within private practice and the NHS and have assisted on the Quest Institute and Centre for Systemic Constellations training courses. I run a regular Psycho-Spiritual groups, Systemic Constellation workshops and retreats.
