My approach is holistic with interest in aromapsychology. We will focus on understanding how past experiences shape your present behavior and emotions, connect to your inherent capacity for self-direction and work on changing unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. A lot of attention will be given to your body and how essential oils can help your journey.
