I am experienced in working with a variety of presenting issues such as;Stress & Anxiety, Depression, Abuse, Relationship issues and coping as a carer. I also offer clinical supervision to trainee and qualified counsellors.
I am a caring, patient, calm and warm person who is very passionate about the work I do. Within a safe, non-judgemental, accepting environment, counselling could be the first step to coming out of the 'wood' in order to see how beautiful the 'trees' might look.
