Hi, I'm Ola and a person-centred counsellor. I work with young people from 13+ years old and adults. In my work, I'm passionate about accompanying my clients on their path towards change and acceptance that they seek from counselling. Do you struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, feeling misunderstood or trying to make sense of traits of neurodiversity? Do you feel lost or confused as a parent? Offering tailored support has always been at the forefront of my approach. I will adjust to your needs, so we can find the best course of counselling for you. I have a vast experience in working with young people and their families and understand the challenges that each side can face. I have a lived experience of navigating nuerodiversity.
I take an active role in my work with my clients, exploring the issues they face, helping them to find the answers to some of the questions they came to counselling with.
