I have over 9 years' experience in counselling adults and young people, in various settings including educational, EAP, third sector and private practice. I have worked with Employee Assistance Programmes for the last 6+ years, offering counselling and helpline support to employees of various organisations, including the Police and NHS. I previously worked for a charity supporting adult survivors of historical abuse, for which I underwent additional training. I have supported people experiencing various issues including depression, anxiety, self-harm, trauma, relationship issues, stress, bereavement, sleep and work-related issues.
