In our work together, we explore these experiences, helping you make sense of what is happening for you. Psychodynamic counselling goes beyond quick fixes; this approach helps you understand why. If this speaks to you, I would be glad to support you. I also work with children and young people, supporting them with a wide range of emotional and behavioural challenges.
I am registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council and work from a psychodynamic/psychoanalytic perspective. This approach recognises that many of our emotional habits were shaped early in life, and that later they can affect how we feel about ourselves, how we relate to others, and how we cope with stress or change.

I offer a warm, supportive space to help you understand what may be shaping your feelings and behaviour today.
