Hello, I am a psychodynamic counsellor and Psychotherapist (MBACP). My training was accredited by the British Psychoanalytic Council. I work with adults, either long or short term. I have practice rooms in Cheltenham and also work via online or telephone. I aim to help clients work through past traumas and to free individuals from long held anxieties so they can maintain better relationships and live a happier life. My sessions provide a safe, non-judgemental, welcoming space.
As well as being a psychodynamic counsellor, I'm also a Mental Health First Aider with MHFA. I've worked with crisis intervention situations around substance addiction/ alcoholism. I work with clients pre & post substance rehabilitation. I have 30 years of Music Industry background and have volunteered for Music Support and am partnered with We-Are-Attune.
I offer a (free) 15 minute phone call with you, where you can see if you’d like to have an initial assessment session (which is like a first counselling session) and during this time we can decide on the best plan moving forward.
