I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling to make sense of what they’re experiencing. This might relate to anxiety, low mood, trauma, loss, or major life changes, or a more general sense that something doesn’t feel right. Therapy offers a space to slow things down, explore what’s been difficult, and begin to understand yourself with greater clarity and compassion, at a pace that feels manageable and supportive.
I’m Myles, a counsellor and psychotherapist and founder of Obelisk Psychological Therapies. I’m an accredited member of the NCPS and trained in psychology at the University of Liverpool and the University of Manchester. I later completed a Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice, strengthening my focus on relational, in-depth therapy.
I offer a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space. As a pluralistic therapist, I draw on different approaches rather than a one-size-fits-all model. Therapy is collaborative and shaped around your goals, values, and what matters most to you. Sessions take place online, offering privacy, flexibility, and access to therapy without the need to travel.
