I work with mostly high-achieving millennial professionals, managers & entrepreneurs who feel overwhelmed and exhausted with juggling work/business with their personal lives. This overwhelm is currently causing a feeling of ineffectiveness and a lack of accomplishment or progress in their career and/or business. They have noticed increased procrastination and less productivity in their business or work. This is beginning to affect their bottom-line - with missed deadlines, or unfinished tasks list. It’s also affecting their sleep, mood, and social life. They are increasingly approaching professional ‘burnout’ (chronic fatigue, anxiety, forgetfulness, overwhelm, and indecisiveness). They want practical solutions and techniques that are easy to implement within their current schedule without having to change their work or business lives dramatically. They want a work/life balance that allow them to still lead productive and meaningful impactful live. They value their mental health and need to get better at protecting it. They know that this is directly linked to their ability to perform at their very best, to produce better results in their career and business.

My approach, is non-judgmental, confidential, collaborative and empowering using a unique blend of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and the fundamentals of Coaching. This is known as Cognitive Behavioural Coaching (CBC). The topic areas that I mostly work with are: •Anxiety • Work-life balance • Managing stress • Burnout Recovery • Managing relationships at work • Imposter syndrome • Addiction recovery • I work face to face as well as remotely via Skype|Zoom|Telephone to fit your busy schedule. Frankly, you can show up to our sessions in your pyjamas. No judgment here! 😊

Following the trauma and pain of three family bereavements and professional burnout, I studied psychology and qualified as a personal development coach, as a purposeful way to to help people build the inner resilience that could enable them to ride through any adversity. I believe that good mental health & wellbeing is as fundamental to life as good physical health. I believe that you should not have to fight your demons alone, and I believe that you have the right to a fulfilling career, personal life and purpose. So call me now and let get you started, and back in control of your own life.
