Sometimes laughter, sometimes tears, and a lot in between. I offer counselling for anxiety, burnout, overwhelm, ADHD, trauma & alot more. Warm, engaged, and real. I’ll ask questions, notice patterns, and help make sense of things at your pace. There’s space for honesty, uncertainty, and even humour when it shows up. People usually come to me because they feel anxious, stressed, confused and need help with family and relationships. Sometimes they don't know what is wrong. Sometimes they want help understanding why they (or others) feel, think or behave a certain way. Sometimes they are sat in the mess and need someone to sit with.
I own a Private Therapy Suite in Uckfield. Easily accessible from Lewes, Crowborough, and East Sussex, as well as online therapy UK-wide. I'm an integrative Psychotheraputic Counsellor. With me you can be real, you don’t have to perform, explain yourself perfectly, or have everything figured out. We work things out together, whatever that may look like.
I have a background in psychological sciences, Biology and integrative counselling, which means I draw from different approaches depending on what’s helpful for you.
