A warm welcome to Oak Tree Counselling, a safe space where you can explore feelings/emotions and issues that are troubling you. My name is Jacqui and I will sit with you and give you the space to be heard; a place that will enable you to delve deeply into your concerns and to work through your feelings.
I trained as an Integrative counsellor which means I use different approaches to support my clients. More recently, I am working with Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) rooted in the science of emotions and attachment, EFT helps clients identify and transform the negative interaction patterns that create distress in relationships.
For a long time you may have struggled with an issue or a relationship and are looking for ways to move forwards. My training sitting alongside many years of lived experience will support you and address a wide range of issues from marital distress to individual anxiety, depression and trauma. Together we can target and initiate change.
