I am a highly specialist clinical psychologist who has worked in mental health and psychology for over ten years. I specialise in working with children and young people with varied complexities and mental health needs including anxiety, PTSD, OCD, depression and emotion regulation. I have a vast range of experience adapting therapy to individual needs, including the needs of neurodiverse young people. Equally, I can support young people to explore their difficulties through a psychological assessment and formulation to help them understanding the foundations of their difficulties and develop a plan for moving forward.
I value collaborative, person-centred and systemic working to ensure well rounded, multifaceted support for individuals and their families. I am experienced in advocating the needs of the people and families that I work with to other professionals.
