There are many reasons why we enter psychotherapy, such as at times of unhappiness, difficulty or crisis. We may be struggling in our relationships, experiencing low self-esteem or suffering from a loss of meaning. Relational and developmental trauma symptoms can undermine our ability to fulfil our potential and/or form secure connections with others. Because our wounding often takes place in relation to another it follows that so too can our healing. My intention is to offer a compassionate, attuned and empathic presence, which can support a shared enquiry into your authentic experience, within a safe and non-judgmental space.
I offer a contemplative, awareness-based approach. In addition to my private practice I am an Associate Psychotherapist with the Clinic for Dissociative Studies (CDS UK).
