As a family and couples psychotherapist I believe that relationships, both past, present and future, are important resources for healing psychological difficulties and improving emotional health. I work with both individuals, couples and families to help people think through their connections and help to improve their lives. Using a range of systemic approaches, including attachment, narrative and solution focused ideas, I aim to offer clients a different way of looking at their problems, and support them to create new ways of communicating and create meaning within their relationships.
I provide a thoughtful, caring and warm space, putting a high value on welcoming other's perspectives to help to facilitate new ways of thinking and collaborating together. I work hard to ensure that all voices are heard, to help facilitate better ways of relating.
