Hi there, thank you for visiting my profile. I am Lisa Ann, an Integrative Humanistic Counsellor. My practice is grounded in a person centred approach and I believe that we are all unique, that we are experts in our own story! Being Integrative allows me to draw from a range of different modalities, and apply them to best suit your needs as the client. Sometimes life can be very difficult and can leave us feeling stuck between a rock and a hard place. I consider myself to be very understanding, open-minded, compassionate, and empathic I have had my own lived experiences in trauma, domestic violence, and sexual abuse.
