I can help you work through life’s challenges. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where we can explore what's going on for you, at your own pace through the therapy process. Together, we can work towards understanding patterns, easing emotional struggles and finding a way forward that is more manageable and authentic for you.
I am a qualified Psychodynamic Psychotherapist (MSc level) and an EMDR therapist (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing) I use my skills to help you explore and safely process the difficulties you are facing. EMDR is the NHS recommended treatment for symptoms of PTSD that result from one-off incidents or historical more complex traumas like sexual abuse.
No one should have to go through life enduring shame and suffering; I work in a a collaborative way with my clients to combine talking therapy and somatic processing (treating our nervous systems) with EMDR so that they can achieve inner peace and acceptance.
