I work with adults who have experienced complex, relational or early -life trauma. My calm and warm approach helps you to make sense and meaning of survival patterns, supports your emotional regulation, untangles guilt and shame, rebuilds boundaries and strengthens your capacity for safety, trust and choice in your relationships.
Therapy with me offers a soothing, contained space to explore your experiences and the ways you adapted to survive. We move at a pace that feels safe, I will respect your autonomy whilst acknowledging your courage and resilience.
