I am a BACP Registered counsellor with experience in working with depression, anxiety, trauma, bereavement, work and relationships issues and addiction.
I trained as an integrative counsellor, so I believe in creating custom tailored treatments depending on my clients needs. When it comes to counselling, there is no "one size fits all". I use CBT, psychodynamic and Gestalt all done through a humanistic approach. I offer both in-person and Zoom sessions, short-term and long-term, depending on clients needs.
