I’m a Neuro-Somatic Psychotherapist, Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist, Developmental Trauma Therapist (NARM), Family Constellations Facilitator and Energy Healing Practitioner (Brennan Healing Science), with 15 years of experience in therapeutic practice. I work with individuals and couples using an integrative, multi-modality approach that supports emotional, psychological, and physical well-being. My work encourages deeper body awareness and is grounded in a trauma-informed, systemic perspective. I bring a sensitive, inclusive understanding to issues related to identity, family, culture and sexuality.
