Finding a therapist and starting therapy can feel daunting, especially at a time when you are not coping well. I work with clients who seek therapy to process a specific event or issue, as well as those who feel lost or stuck and want to understand why. Psychotherapy allows a space for us to think about why you feel the way you do. In sessions, you can bring thoughts, feelings, memories, or dreams that are on your mind. We will work together to make sense of your experiences and enable you to see things from a different perspective.
I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist with specialist training and eight years experience of working with adults with complex mental health difficulties in NHS and private settings. I have worked with clients from a wide range of backgrounds and always aim to offer a non-judgmental, respectful, and compassionate therapy space.
I mainly offer therapy in person, and am available for open-ended or shorter term work.
