Hi, thank you for stopping by. You may be someone who feels things deeply and thinks in complex or creative ways. Perhaps you are exhausted from masking and holding things together. You may be struggling with anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, perfectionism, relationship difficulties, or feeling disconnected from yourself, your identity or your creativity. Living with depth of feeling and awareness can be a strength, but it can also leave you feeling exhausted and misunderstood, unsure of who you are beneath the roles you have learned to play.
My approach is person-centred, integrative and relational. Together, we slow things down and gently listen to what is happening beneath the surface, in your body, your emotions and in the counselling room itself. With curiosity and care, we make sense of your experiences so you can reconnect with your inner resources and find your own truth and answers.

I have been through my own challenges, and the compassion and empowerment I received from my therapists made a real difference in my life.
