Hello, I am Noeleen, a registered psychotherapist and counsellor offering short and long term support and therapy.
I understand how life can present with really painful and challenging issues that can affect so many aspects of life such as work, home, health and relationships.

I have professionally supported hundreds of people from all walks of life including homeless people, prisoners, older persons, families and clients suffering from mental health issues. For 26 years I have worked as a project manager supporting people with their problems and challenges.
I can help you feel safe and heard in a non judgemental space.
I offer face to face sessions in the Rochester, Kent area and have a cosy counselling room located on the main High Street.
I can also offer phone and online counselling at various times during the week.
