Life can sometimes feel overwhelming with intense stress, anxiety, or relationship difficulties. Living in another country can make it even harder to find a safe space where you can truly express yourself. At this point, having a therapist who speaks your own language can make a meaningful difference.
In my sessions, I use ACT, EMDR, and mindfulness-based approaches to support clients in managing anxiety, strengthening relationships, and building self-confidence. I offer therapy in my offices in Twickenham, Richmond, and Edmonton (MedPlus Clinic), as well as online.
Starting therapy is not always easy; taking the first step requires courage. But you don’t have to go through this journey alone.
