Hello! I am Nisa, I am a Psychodynamic Counsellor and an Accredited Member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). I abide by its Code of Ethics and professional standards and hold a professional indemnity Insurance and have an enhanced DBS check. I completed four years of rigorous training in Psychodynamic counselling at the Counselling Foundation and also trained at the University of Hertfordshire. I am an experienced Bereavement Counsellor trained at Cruse Bereavement Care.
In my practice, I have helped clients with a broad range of concerns, anxiety, addictions, depression, bereavement, childhood abuse, shame, anger, low self-esteem, narcissistic injuries, victims of crime, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), eating disorder, body dysmorphia and relational trauma created through family dynamics.
