I am a counsellor who has a passion to work with women and adolescents who may be experiencing burnout, feeling overwhelmed by life, or struggling to navigate the pressures of work, family, and personal expectations. I provide a calm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and feel heard. With a 14 year background in social work, extensive experience working with children and families, and counselling, I understand how overwhelming life and parenting can sometimes feel — especially when you’re trying to support a child who is struggling.

I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to address issues such as; anxiety, depression, lack of coping skills, self esteem, OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder), PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder), anger management and worry.
Life is a journey with enjoyable experiences, but also with challenges, setbacks, pressures and ill-health. It is important that during difficult times you are able to speak to someone who listens, is non-judgemental, caring, confidential, competent and supportive in helping you to move forward. I aim to be that person. As a member of the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists, I work in accordance with their Code of Ethics for good practice, to ensure the safety and well-being of my clients. Counselling takes place in a private, safe and tranquil rural location, one mile from Omagh.
