Making the decision to come to counselling can be difficult but doing so can be the first step in making the changes you want. I am a fully qualified counsellor and accredited member of BACP, I use an Integrative approach which means that I incorporate different elements of specific counselling theories depending on whatever issues my clients are dealing with, this means that our counselling sessions are specific to your needs as an individual.
