Counselling gives you the space to explore feelings and reflect upon your life in a safe, confidential and non judgemental environment. I have 10 years experience working in mental health and wellbeing. I have experience of working with a range of presenting issues including anxiety, stress, depression, relationships, family, life transitions, bereavement, post natal depression, work/career stress, learning disability, young people, children (school age-primary and secondary). I have also worked with adults and young people with autism and their families.
