I focus on the individual and their immediate needs. I will take time to find out about you and what has brought you to Counselling. I aim to provide a safe and comfortable space for you to talk about whatever it is that is troubling you. I will follow your pace whilst listening, offering support and providing insights and challenges to your way of thinking. I trained to be a Counsellor because I have experienced the benefits of it myself, and it inspired me to help others.
I help people who are unable to feel anything, as well as those who are overwhelmed by their thoughts and emotions and don't know how to manage them. We all experience difficulties in life and friends and family are often the first point of call. However, speaking to a professional who isn't directly involved can provide a different kind of relief.
Getting in touch is the first step (and often the most daunting). Your initial enquiry can be as brief or as detailed as you like. I will always aim to get back to you as quickly as possible. Sessions take place from the centre of the Isle of Man. Daytime, evening and weekend appointments are available. I look forward to hearing from you.
