I am experienced with a wide range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, support for neurodiversity, support re sexuality or identity, trauma, bereavement, childhood issues, domestic violence. I am a Systemic Counsellor, which means I believe in understanding your inner beliefs but also your wider context. I offer a safe space to explore feelings and look at coping strategies.
I offer counselling and supervision, mainly using systemic/ person centred techniques but I also have experience in working with CBT concepts as well. I am experienced in working with self harm and suicidal feelings in a supportive way. I also offer relationship / couples counselling.
