I am a UKCP-accredited Contemporary Psychotherapist who draws on a range of therapeutic approaches to tailor sessions to your individual needs. I offer a warm, collaborative and non-judgemental space, believing therapy is about working together to understand the roots of challenges, meet immediate needs and support future wellbeing. I work with both mind and body, recognising the wisdom of the somatic experience. Using neuro-linguistics, I help you understand how thoughts, feelings, language and behaviours shape outcomes, supporting self-awareness, growth and a practical toolkit for everyday life.
Clients come to therapy for many reasons, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges and self-confidence issues. Alongside easing symptoms, I empower clients with practical tools to regulate emotions, challenge limiting beliefs, reduce stress, align mind and body, and build authentic self-esteem to meet future challenges with confidence.
