Hi I'm Nina, I'm a clinical psychologist trained to a doctoral level with 25 years of experience in the field. I have lead NHS and third sector services and built my own private therapy practice. I work with people who maybe be feeling really overwhelmed, lost, burnt out or old trauma may be re-surfacing or getting in the way of what they want. I really believe we all need support at times and together we will navigate through it.
My approach supports people to gain clarity and perspective in order to take new actions towards what matters. I’ve been described as making space for both safety and possibility.
Along the way we might draw on creative psychological therapies and somatic practices. Examples; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focussed (CFT) and Narrative Therapies. Somatic Coaching and Trauma-informed Yoga approaches. We will always work the mind-body connection in your experience.
