Hi, I'm a Clinical Psychologist, Somatic Coach and Consultant with 25 years of experience in the field. I’m a NHS senior leader and have a small private therapy practice. I work with people who might be feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, stuck, anxious and low.
You might be at a point where old patterns no longer serve you, but not yet able to step fully into who you want to be. My approach will help you get more clarity and take new actions on what matters. I’ve been described as warm, open and collaborative.
Along the way we might draw on creative psychological therapies and somatic practices. Examples; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focussed (CFT) and Narrative Therapies. Somatic Leadership Coaching and Trauma-informed Yoga.
